Brooke Saucier Bio

Manager of Membership, Marketing & Development

Brooke is responsible for growing the membership of the Chamber, as well as developing our current membership by planning networking events and other business programs. He markets Chamber events, programs and members via traditional advertising methods, word-of-mouth as well as social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin.

Brooke joined the Chamber in June ’09 after five years as a stay-at-home Dad.  During his tenure with his daughter (as his boss), Brooke was a pre-school teacher at the appropriately named School for Little Children.  Prior to that wonderful experience, he worked in international banking (not as wonderful) in downtown Chicago.

Brooke grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, and went on to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  He graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commercial French Studies, and spent a year studying in Montpellier, France at the Université Paul Valéry.  Oui, c’est vrai.

Brooke is married to Diane, has two 20-something stepsons, Steven and Josiah, as well as the aforementioned boss/daughter, Julia.  He has been fortunate to call Evanston his second hometown since 1996.
